Community members tour junior-senior high school

The Parent Partnership Committee of the Watervliet City School District last week held an open house providing tours of the Watervliet Junior-Senior High School.
For the Oct. 17 event the high school student council provided tour guides, who gave five tours throughout the evening. The locations highlighted on the tour were the Hudson Valley Community College Lab, the media center, the football field and tennis courts, the new special education and regular education rooms, the auditorium, the new cafeteria and the new gym, fitness rooms and the hall of fame area.
